Later this year, HMRC will be changing their bankers from the Bank of England to The Royal Bank of Scotland.

The change is being phased in during 2009. If you make direct or electronic payments to HMRC (BACS or CHAPS) then you will have to update your banking systems with the change in details. No immediate action is required in this regard and we will update this site when there is anything further to report.
