Today marks the beginning of the end of SBS Ltd. I just wanted to say that it’s been a pleasure working with Grants since 2009.
I remember meeting you in 2009 and you giving me sound advice on how to manage my company and what to put away for vat and tax which I took on board and followed to the letter. Darren has been great to work with, he’s got a great way of explaining things in layman’s terms which helps a finance novice like myself. I’ve recommended Grants to fellow contractors over the years and would certainly do so in the future.

It just occurred to me that as of January 2021 I will have been using Grants for 3 years to manage the accounting for my company. Although I’m famous in family circles for being a bit short on gratitude at times, I think it is about time that I thank you and your excellent team for the first class service you have provided. Dealing with accounts and tax etc. was always a struggle for me. Not any more, the team at Grants have made it so much simpler and much less of a burden. So much so that it is easy to forget the invaluable service you provide in the background while I try to keep some cash flowing during these very odd times.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note about Jennifer (Boyle, in case you have more than one Jennifer!). She helped me out with a few questions at the end of last week, and it struck me that it wasn't the first time she'd helped me out, and that any question I have has never gone unanswered, which really is much appreciated. She even corrects all the mistakes on my expense claims!
So I just wanted to let you know that, as far as I'm concerned, Jennifer does an absolutely first-class job. It's easy to never mention these things, but sometimes it really is warranted and I wanted to pass that message on.
